Personal profile:
For several years i have been working for one of the UK’s most popular High street
retailers where I have gained a lot of skills in customer services which I believe could
be transferred into any business within any industry or sector.
My job here involves the following:
- Answering customers’ queries and helping them with their shopping when
necessary by directing them to the right sections and helping them to make their
choices as well as promoting new products (upselling).

- Stock control
I am also able to play the role of a TeamLeader in any retail business.
Besides this experience within the retail industry, I also have some experience
working at events where thousands of people are gathered. This role might involve
serving drinks on public bars as well as in VIPs private Lounges.
Besides the retail experience I am also Health Care assistant trained with some
experience working in the Hospital environment.
I am a jack of all trade: I have studied financial management; therefore I have a good
understanding of corporate finance as well as accounting principles known as two
key departments of an organization. Also I understand the principles of international
business as because of Globalization markets have become more and more
competitive, compelling businesses to expand beyond national boundaries in search
of new markets so that they could stand the increasing level of competition.
I am computer literate. Information Technology has become the bedrock for
business growth as it is a major tool to increasing the production level while keeping
the cost low.
I am proficient in the following MICROSOFT programs: WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT,
and OUTLOOK.
Lastly, I am fluent in both French and English, and I believe this represents a big
advantage as these are two main languages used in businesses nowadays.
