Insulapack incorporates is an inactive, non-reactive gas that will not promote flammability. It has a thermal conductivity 30% lower than that of air which
is why the gas is also used as an insulating agent in commercial and residential sealed window units. The igas is denser and therefore less conductive than air,
thereby the convection within the air space is significantly reduced, creating a better insulating barrier. Works best with HVAC systems operating between -
50F to 180F. Insulapack does not compress therefore thermal performance is continuous across entire surface including edges. Meets ULC 25/50 standards
Ripplepak's newest Insulapack™ insulation made specifically for the HVAC industry incorporates an 1/8” polymer
neoprene blend pad that results in reducing the STC acoustic dampening by a margin of around 60%
SPECIFICATIONS
Accumulated insulation value ¼” = R3 , ½” = R5 , 1”= R11
