1. Assist the Project Manager in M&E Planning and scheduling of works.

7. Prepare coordination drawing in which all the shop drawings are overlaid with each other in order to
determine any clashes with all the other services.
8. Highlight to all parties any discrepancies with structure and architectural drawings, any clashes with the
fire protection system and submit proposals for adjustments and rectifications before construction.
9. Prepare progress report to assess work progress and for presentation during Consultant meetings.
10. Assist WSHO and WSH Coordinator in promoting Safety consciousness on site as stipulated in WSH
Act and its subsidiary legislation, Risk Management, conducting Safety promotional talks/events and
accident preventive measures.
11. Manage M&E works for the construction and make sure everything were in compliance.
12. Maintains a smooth flow of process and control of daily site records/situations and correspondents as
per Building Construction Authority (BCA) and International Standard Organization (ISO) requirements.
13. Coordinate M&E inspections with the Clerk of Work together with the relevant subcontractor on the
construction activities, equipment testing and commissioning,pressure testing.
14. Coordinate with M&E Engineers, Architects and respective trade subcontractors on the preparations
and applications prior to the Registered Inspector (RI) Inspections on site
