CAREER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Currently writing a global health and safety standards document (including global retail standard and
retail guide) and coordinating HSE compliance in key territories (UK, Europe, US and Australia).
 Experienced in developing, leading and achieving cultural change towards an interdependent health
and safety culture at a European and global level.
 Instrumental in developing H&S strategies and indicators that co-ordinate with global expectations and
meet local legal requirements. At a UK, European and Global level set up various policy templates and
guidance documents, a network of H&S Co-ordinators and a suite of safety training courses.
 Gained valuable experience of managing all levels of stakeholders at senior management, H&S
