Currently writing a global health and safety standards document (including global retail standard and
retail guide) and coordinating HSE compliance in key territories (UK, Europe, US and Australia).
Experienced in developing, leading and achieving cultural change towards an interdependent health
and safety culture at a European and global level.
Instrumental in developing H&S strategies and indicators that co-ordinate with global expectations and
meet local legal requirements. At a UK, European and Global level set up various policy templates and
guidance documents, a network of H&S Co-ordinators and a suite of safety training courses.
