I am inspired by the legendary boxing champion
Muhammad Ali who said, “Champions aren’t made in
the gyms. Champions are made from something they
have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision”.
I believe that good managers and engineers are
shaped in the classrooms, and become worthy
assets for Corporates by Personality Development
and Soft Skills Training at the start of this 2,3 or 4
years journey, guiding and motivating them to
emerge victorious. This training generates
participation in Lectures, involvement in the Labs &
workshops, the minor & major projects, and
contribution in real-life challenges in the Internship
with Professional Organizations – all leading to
Employability.

MIND MANAGING MISSION
A Mechanical Engineer and MBA, both with Merit
from Delhi University, and carrying 2 decades of
Industry exposure in multiple domains –managing
Engineering Industry Projects, computers industry
Textile, and then in Engineering Projects and
Exports.
In 2001, transitioned from Corporate to Education
cum Projects Segment helping young talent achieve
their dreams, via a Services industry start up in
EPO (Engineering Process Outsourcing), and then
with Engineering and Management Students
Employability Transformation.
Growing from Strength to Strength,
as Passion became Mission !
