SALES SKILLS' TRAINING GAME "PROSALES"
What is "ProSales"
This board game allows new sales representatives to learn and experienced representatives to
refresh and practice the most important sales skills, allowing one to achieve better sales every
day and maintain a higher self-esteem thus encouraging one to maintain an active sales
attitude.
The sales skills' training game is an education board game intended to practice the most
important skills in sales: finding out customer's needs, asking open questions, understanding
and use of sales funnel, immidiate relationship creating skills, objection refutation skills and
presentation of own products/solutions in sales.

Course of the game:
Skills:
The principal task of the participants is to collect as much
winning points as possible by taking part in various
sales/purchase processes (taking part in tenders, active
sales, purchase, intermediary position). Each participant
shall have set of products to sell and a set of product a
specific participant needs to buy. Winning points are
awarded for purchased products, use of participant skills in
the course of the game, for which each participant shall
receive a winning point in a form of a jigsaw puzzle piece.
The main stages of sales process are divided into
individual components made up by the skills used by the
participants of the game. Participants shall be awarded
winning points for each successfully used skill. Since
winning points for a use of a specific skill may be received
only once, the mechanism of the game makes participants
to use and practice new skills thus ensuring a prompt
learning of such skills during the game.
Communication:
The game features an open skills section which shall be
evaluated, but it is left to the participants themselves to communicate and agree on several
matters outside the evaluated part of the game, which shall reflect on how the participants use

their new skills in real-word negotiation/agreement process, for which participants shall receive
a feedback from the moderator of the game.
Strategy:
In order to win the game participants may use a range of strategies from polishing of conscious,
specific skills to conclusion of agreements favourable to one with other participants of the game
during the course of it.

Sales department employees and persons taking part in the sales processes - refresh,
improve and obtain sales skills.
