  1. Indien de glutei verzwakt zijn moeten de adductoren (antagonist bilspieren) harder werken.
  2. Training hoef je niet zelf te kunnen geven. Wel belangrijk is dat je kunt uitleggen aan je client waarom langzaam opbouwen belangrijk is zodat hij of zij dit door kan geven aan de (medische fitness) trainer/fysiotherapeut.
