Responsibilities:
 Handling 48 client accounts out of 700+ accounts.
 Reconciling assets between Operational Databases (AssetCenter, AssetManager, ESL, DOMS,
etc.) and LightHouse/Pyramid Database.
 Working on the Discrepancy Report received on a monthly basis and submitting the corrections
for approval to the respective client account contacts.
 Accounts may also be called upon to research any discrepancies between LightHouse/Pyramid
Database and the Asset Management Databases that the Analyst is unable to resolve.
 Preparing weekly and monthly site leveldash boards and review decks on site levelperformance.
 This manual reconciliation of fixed asset information for each account will be conducted by an
Analyst that has been assigned to the Asset Management Audit Remediation Program.
 Monthly status call with all 48 client accounts across APJ, EMEA and AMS regions.
 Weekly Status call with US Leadership team from Pontiac about the current status of all our
accounts assignment.

4. Business Analyst
 Execute reports to support IT hardware asset reconciliation and verification activities.
 Analyze IT asset verification results to identify issues and discrepancies.
 Validates IT hardware data attribute discrepancies and identifies required action.
 Work with ABM Regional Delivery teams to required discrepancy resolution actions.
 Provide IT hardware reconciliation reports to cost center managers for their action.
 Resolves IT hardware asset discrepancies and required updates to IT asset repository
 Gather and validate ITasset dataattributes to enable modification or registration ofIT hardware
asset records.
 Validate IT hardware asset information which requires loading into the IT asset repository to
assess the quality of the data based on defined data attribute requirements.
 Initiates requests to update master data registries (e.g. product brands and models) to enable
creation or modification of IT asset record.
 Provide required data updates for various databases like Asset Manager, AssetCenter, DOMS,
ESL, etc… to the IT Asset Data Administrator for bulk load or on-line update into the IT asset
repository.
 Provide required data updates for Lighthouse to Finance Operations through SAP Ze-forms for
bulk load or on-line update into the IT asset repository.
 Provide required data updates for Pyramid to HP Finance Service through required forms for
bulk load or on-line update into the IT asset repository.
