-Introduced and initiated the use of latex gloves by plant associates to take samples of
inbound raw materials. Efforts reduced the number of broken sample bottles and time for
taking resamples.
-Improved lighting throughout the plant, enabling employees to work more efficiently
and reducing eyestrain.
-Chosen by Safety Director to create a forklift-training program for production associates
and shipping/receiving personnel.
-Produced and directed a forklift safety video that trained 50 associates on potential
forklift hazards.
-Initiated practice of compounders doing their own simple Quality Control checks, Ph., to
reduce workload of lab technicians and save time waiting for simple checks to be done.
