Almost every day, I am asked if
I can help people understand
Twitter.

This is not something you can
answer over a cup of coffee!

So I wrote a book to help people
called The Tao of Twitter and it
became the best-selling book
about Twitter in the world.

This is the reason why: It works.
There are three parts of this path
that are present in every Twitter
success story … in fact, every social
media success story.
The first of these is content. Content is the catalyst that gets
you noticed and creates reactions on the Internet.
“Content” doesn’t necessarily have to be a PhD thesis. Useful content can be a

Connections. Every social media success must
have a content strategy and a network

The third step is offering
