Who We Are:
ResearchSense, a strategy and marketing research company, is focused on helping non-profits build
and champion sustainable, mission-based and donor-centric strategies, development and marketing
goals. We help build and perfect every ASK through strategic research, donor insights, marketplace
analysis, and breakthrough branding/communication plans.

We serve multiple small and medium sized non-profits in the health care, education, arts, and the

Business Philosophy:
La Sridhar, a seasoned market research & strategy professional, started ResearchSense in 2008, with
the altruistic motivation to provide non-profits the same superior business advantage that Fortune
500 companies enjoy, without breaking the bank. She continues to deliver on this promise by helping
multiple clients on a need basis-either pro-bono or at affordable pricing with the same dedication
and personal interest.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Teen Parent Connection as their development
committee chair, guiding their development director on multiple fundraising events and their
marketing and PR efforts. She also volunteers her time on the marketing/external relations
committee at Literacy Chicago. She also served on the board of Glen Ellyn Juniors, helping drive a
two-fold increase in Christmas baskets donor base last year.

Before ResearchSense, since 1996, La worked at a market research consulting company in California,
guiding and collaborating with multiple clients through proposal development, project planning, and
implementation/evaluation phases. She has also held managerial positions at Fortune 500
corporations in their market research, consumer insights, strategy and competitive analysis
divisions. Here, she directly worked with multiple internal clients and external vendors in building
and carrying out their strategic plans, various marketing and market research projects, and leading
their vendor management and budgeting processes.

La’s credentials also include an MBA degree from Michigan State University and an MS degree in Food
Science from University of Missouri.

She continues to deliver on this promise by helping multiple clients on a need basis-either pro-bono or at affordable pricing with the same dedication and personal interest. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Teen Parent Connection as their development committee chair, guiding their development director on multiple fundraising events and their marketing and PR efforts. She also volunteers her time on the marketing/external relations committee at Literacy Chicago. She also served on the board of Glen Ellyn Juniors, helping drive a two-fold increase in Christmas baskets donor base last year. Before ResearchSense, since 1996, La worked at a market research consulting company in California, guiding and collaborating with multiple clients through proposal development, project planning, and implementation/evaluation phases. She has also held managerial positions at Fortune 500 corporations in their market research, consumer insights, strategy and competitive analysis divisions. Here, she directly worked with multiple internal clients and external vendors in building and carrying out their strategic plans, various marketing and market research projects, and leading their vendor management and budgeting processes. La’s credentials also include an MBA degree from Michigan State University and an MS degree in Food Science from University of Missouri.
