 •      Plenty of inventory already in the pipeline
             •       Banks will eventually release REOs for sale in greater
                     numbers
             •       Short sales will continue to increase as an alternative to
                     foreclosure


 •      Possible jump in foreclosure activity later in 2013

                     into the process
