• Due to being a principal employer the problems of Vendors related to ESI and EPF are

• The HR Compliances of the Bills of Vendors are being certified by our end.

Officer(Central) are being complied and also replying of Inspections Reports.

• Industrial Disputes between Employee & Employer are in Conciliation phases with ALC
at various locations in MP State under ID Act 1947, such cases are being faced by us
date by date behalf of the Company.
• Few ID Disputed cases are in hearing in Labour Court, High Court, the coordination for
the same is being done with Legal Advisor of the Company and Advocate.
Recruitment & Staffing:-
• Manpower planning as per Project requirement.
• Budget arrangement for smooth running of project.
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates and organizing and Coordinating further
complete interviews process cycle like - Open Interview arrangement at various
locations.
• Maintaining the manpower RAG(Requirement, Available & Gape).
• Find out the CVs from the maintained database, Internal & External references,
Consultancies and Job Portals in respect of requirements.
• Understanding the requirements with respect to technical and general aspects.
• Issuing offer letters and Appointment Letters to the selected candidates and arranging
for their medical tests.
• Hiring Engineers/MIS and Salary negotiating off under the w/o guidelines
Rates/Budget.
• The information of the employees are being enter and collect through SAP-HR Module.
• Looking all kind HR activities related to smooth management of the project with
responsibilities of 200 plus employees. Like interview calls, joining formalities having
the records in soft copy & hard copy of joined & resigned employees, Salary A/c
opening, attendance, monthly expenses, local conveyance & TA/DA, every kind of
information of Out Source and On-Roll employees through HR dept. of sourcing
companies.
• Looking entire Pay Roll / Operations activities since joining to end of employment of
hired Outsource Employees and Roll Employees.
• Looking after the responsibility of Full & Final settlement of the employees at the
relieving time.
• Looking after activities of Appraisal.
Corporate Profile:-
• Coordinating for verifications & passing of monthly RA Bills with the HR dept of out
sourcing companies situated at Noida & Various other places, function includes
forwarding of bills to A/c dept., conversation with finance dept related to
reimbursement bills & RA Bill.
• Providing the claim formats related to Project outsource employees & well familiar with
limit of claims & rate of claims.
• Preparing the budget against hiring the Manpower and Vehicles and send it to approval
and uploading the budget. After uploading the budget creating the PR (Purchase
Requisition) through SAP MM Module Server 440/480.
• After Creating the P/O the Service Entry being made against raised bills through SAP-
MM Module.
• Sending the amendment request in w/o as per required quantity.
• Creating Service Entry of agency staff billing & hired vehicles billing on SAP.
• Bearing the responsibilities of filling the detail of New Joined Employees through SAP-
HR Module.
• To coordinate and help to withdraw P.F. and verification of PF Forms of resigned
Employees are being done and being forwarded to Employer for further final actions
and PF Dpt. too.

Admin Profile:-
• Coordination with Travel Agencies which are providing the vehicles in M.P. & C.G. for
official use (hired on monthly & call basis terms & condition).
• Ensuring Bills Verifications and payments for the vehicles hired from the travel
agencies.
• Creating Service Entry of hired vehicles billing on SAP.
• Looking all kind problems of Project Office like photo copier machine failure, A/C
Problems, Meeting arrangement, IT related problems, Sitting Arrangement, Vendors
