development activities in the Tool Room & interfacing with vendors for cost effective and timely sourcing of
quality material.
 Providing assistance in estimating new tooling requirements and costs; coordinating tool design revisions for
design changes and reverse engineering.
 Conducting technical audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same to enhance operational
efficacy; carrying out pre-assessment audits, registration audits and surveillance audits.
Purchase / Vendor Development
 Preparing schedule from the stage of purchase to vendor development mentioning exact delivery period;
identifying requirement of raw materials & vendor items as per customer schedule available inventory.
