• Identify recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and future business growth plans;
meeting with concerned authorities to discuss needs.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Renewal / Tie Up with Job Portal vendors along with negotiation for subscription.
• Identify best candidate by interviewing, analyzing and selecting applicants within TAT.
• Setting up/scheduling Interviews between the designated managers and candidates.
• Immediate feedbacks to candidates / consultants for the Interviews/tests conducted
• Responsible for salary negotiations & Releasing Offer Letter
• Following up on interested candidates on a regular basis.

Employee Engagement
• Ensure employee connect through various employee engagement activities like Fun Friday.
• Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee engagement levels, employee morale and
motivational levels
• Identify reasons of lower engagement levels, by analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with
senior management to increase employee engagement

Reporting & MIS
• Ensure timely preparation of various MIS and sharing database and reports as mandated within agreed SLA with
100% accuracy and completeness.
• Provide complete Attrition Chart & TAT Analysis.
Policy Formulation & Implementation
• Preparation of various employee welfare policies & updating the same in HRIS.
• Ensuring the timely communication & implementation of the same.
Payroll Management & Performance Appraisal:

• Providing inputs for payroll on a timely basis

HRIS, Data Management and Exit Management
• Movement Administration like promotion, confirmation, demotion, transfer, re-designation and deputation.
• HR operations in terms of coordination with different department
