Inspection of buildings, fire escapes, and other structures under construction or repair to ensure compliance of
the building code, laws and other requirements. Inspection of mechanical machineries installed in the building
(plumbing, firefighting system, pump and motor, generator, and air – conditioning systems, etc.). Perform regular
inspection of materials and works for all mechanical activities. Supervise all related work activities and assigned
tasks being done on site based on approved shop drawings, work sequence and methodology. Study and Review
method statement, mechanical engineering drawings, interpret, create composite plan, and report to department
head for error and interference. Assists in the development of commissioning plans. Prepare lessons learned
monthly report. Perform various administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned.
