India for Yamuna Action Plan Project since 1995. Yamuna Action Plan Project has been framed to prevent the
pollution of river Yamuna. The schemes of pollution abatement under this plan have been implemented in 15
identified towns of three states Haryana, U.P. & Delhi.
a) Preparation of Progress Monitoring Reports (Physical & Financial) using following Software:
o Bar Charts (in MS Project)
o PERT Charts (in MS Project)
o Tabular Formats (in MS Excel)
o Graphs etc. showing actual Physical & Financial Progress of different schemes

o Graphs etc. showing actual Physical & Financial Progress of different schemes
