Review the Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&I), and the Process and Flow
Diagram (PFD).

inform the Project engineer for the extra man hours on the budget & get the approval

Prepare the document transmittal with engineering hours / drafting hours.
E, I, C & A engineers should co-ordinate with E, I, C & A head for their drafting
needs.
Provide feedback / input on assessment & any other development work to be done.
Inform supervisor if you are asked to work on any task outside the scheduled
activities.
Inform supervisor / coordinator if you are unable to attend the office or want to go
out for any Work including official.
In the event of handover, the handover of project should contain as a minimum
drawing Completion status, drawing approval status, balance drawings list, Issues
holding drawings Completion, issues pending related to procurement & any other
issue with client /vendor.
