 Six lady conductors
 All conductors are at least SLC graduates

counterparts

 Spent Rs 60 million for 16 new & advanced buses
 Spent Rs 3.16 million on staff salary, gasoline &
other for 1st month
 Earned total of 38.26 million from ticket
 Total profit of Rs 0.65 million on first month of
operation

 Previously, deteriorated due to political
interference & corruption
 Now, faced dissatisfaction of other transport
entrepreneurs
 They objected the operation of the green buses

 Outsource drivers and conductors for the
operation of the buses
 Add more routes and buses
 Add disabled friendly buses
 Introduce commuter card system
