Company Profile: We are a free zone company incorporated with DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) under Dubai
government and located in Dubai. We promote and distribute our global accommodations product B2B online thru
Amadeus selling platform in the following source markets. We are partnering with Amadeus for over two years now and
had signed the partnership agreement in ATM of 2011. Tboholidays accommodations product is integrated on the
Amadeus selling platform and known as 'Amadeus Content Store' is widely booked by Amadeus agents across GCC,
Middle East and North Africa. Amadeus currently has a 48% market share in the MENA region which translates to over
5500 agent partners.
Our source markets are GCC: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, U.A.E, Oman, and Bahrain.

owned network of 24 offices, the organization caters to travel requirements of agent partners on B2B basis across India.
We have a customized B2B portal which is used by over 14000 agent partners across the length and breadth of India.
TBO B2B online was launched in 2007 in India.
The Accountabilities:
Making sure that product displayed on our website is superior then other OTA’s in terms of hotel base,
rates, content etc.
Negotiating rates & promotion with our top selling hotels to maximize revenue.
Act as first level of Escalation. This includes handling Hotel complaints/feedback and ensuring prompt and
effective resolution of Hotels/clients issues based on the sampling, Trend Analysis, RCA etc
Drive Program Level Action Plans to ensure 100% support to Performance Outliers and New Hires.
Reporting (Monthly Dashboard, Quarterly Performance, Team Performance, Validation of Purchase Orders,
Profit & Loss, Justifying Refund). Deck for lost bookings, rates check, performance trends & new opportunities.
Track pricing trends of products on Tbo-h website/ Vs. competition.
Regular reporting of price benchmarking results to Business, marketing and product teams.
Create a database of pricing trends across competition and Tbo.
Liaison with various stakeholders to implement pricing & promotion recommendations
Slice and dice the data to identify improvement opportunities for product pricing and promotions.
Understand competition’s pricing & promotion strategy.
Handling issues with the hotels in terms of having any booking issue.
