I am working as a compliance manager in ASHRAF ENTERPRISES from 1ST
March -2016
to till.
There I have responsible to prepare QMS policies & procedures regarding ISO 9001-2008
Social compliance WRAP, Security CTPAT, and Customer Code Of Conduct HR health &
safety and filling all questionnaires and getting implementation according to all
requirements of below mentions customers.
(Costco, Kroger, Sedex, Adidas, Sumerra)

Responsibilities :
 To maintain and control social compliance, security compliance & Quality
management system.
 To provide training and create awareness regarding QMS & EHS process
improvement customer COC and land laws.
 To establish and implement QMS, SA-8000 CTPAT Manuals, Procedures, for
controlling legal requirements, Risk Assessment, Fire Prevention, Waste
Management, Accident/Incident Hazards identification etc.
 Manage and maintain the function of HR, Ethical and Technical
compliances, Administration by leading the team of professionals.
 Ensuring compliance of employment policies and procedures at all levels.
 Ensuring training returns to be specific and results oriented.
 Keeping tightly in loop with the HOD, for HR planning and specially for
understanding their general issues pertaining to the areas of HR.
 Preparation for certification COC (DG, WAL-MART, MGB, KIK, ADCON,
CONFORAMA).
 To keep and update regarding latest regulatory and statutory requirements
and get the standardize through documentation, contribution to team efforts
by accomplishing related results as needed.
Good computer operator with excellent command in MS office
Web Browsing, Internet tools, Total Outlook emails operations
Strong in Management, Ambitious, and Competent & Hard
working.
