We work with brands in a hands on way to establish an effective and easily
communicated direction in line with both creative and commercial objectives.
This can be seasonal inspiration for an existing range, a new creative
direction for a capsule collection to target a new market or, a complete
brand reinvention concept.
We help to manage and maximise creativity within a brand’s product team.
We organise and facilitate inspirational workshops to inspire and help define
a brand's design and creative direction on both a seasonal or longer term
basis.
We can design complete ranges or one off designs.
We deliver initial design ideation (brainstorming) through to designing
and realising complete collections.
We work with a flexible and professional team of designers that includes
young, creative talent and experienced technical designers. In this way
we keep our team and our ideas fresh and ensure that we provide the

As part of our trend and design services we put a particular emphasis on
colour and material solutions as an often overlooked but transformative

Rachel Alsbury has over 20 years experience working with premium international
footwear brands and designer labels.
She has in depth experience with both the commercial and creative sides of industry
and product creation most recently as Creative Director for PUMA footwer.
She has worked with both designer labels and more mainstream brands including
Alexander Mcqueen, Chalayan, Sergio Rossi, Christopher Kane, PUMA,
Lacoste and Clark’s Originals.
As a consultant she offers hands on expertise with creative direction, brand building
strategic product direction and range building as well as guidance and practical advice.

As a consultant Rachel Alsbury brings over 20 years experience from both
the commercial and creative aspects of footwear.
This gives her the unique ability to provide 360 degree solutions across
all areas of product creation. She offers hands on expertise with creative
and design direction, brand building, strategic product direction and range
building as well as guidance and practical advice on manageing creativity
and the creative process and product teams.
This can be in the form of a days consultancy to address a specific
challenge, or more in depth collaboration across a quarter, season or year.
