Security Division Director in the Office of the Department of the Navy Assistant

 Led a staff of five personnel to manage access and control of highly classified

senior leadership of the Department of the Navy meeting customer
requirements for clearances and access.
 Restarted efforts to establish a continuity of operations program for the
senior leadership of the Navy tomeet federal requirements and ensure
primary mission essential functions could continue during a wide range of
emergencies. Prepared and presented briefings to senior leadership on
analysis of options and recommendations.
 Coordinated with internal and external organizations in the development of
continuity of operations plans and policies. Oversight of Secretariat
execution of continuity of operations to meet federal requirements.
Developed an innovative solution for improved communications capabilities
to support primary mission essential functions with no dedicated budget.
 Directed the construction of four highly specialized secure facilities as the
project manager to meet growing customer demand. Coordinated customer
requirements with the commercial building owners, contractors, internal
government staff, and other government agencies with a budget of over
$500,000 for each site.
