  1. Change is constant and occurring at all levels – technology library staff and clients use; physical collections; evolving nature of the profession. Although the literature on AI is considerable (and growing), there is a lack of research on the application of AI to LIM organizations and where it may have been utilised, the lessons learned from this application.
