Simply put we connect consumers with quality matched suppliers.
We market to consumers & businesses that are looking for a service in one of our target
industries. We provide them with information to assist in making better purchase
decisions, identify their needs and requirements and match them with quality service
providers that specialise in the type of work requested.
Every enquiry we receive is matched with 3 compatible businesses based on a pre-
determined criteria.

1. Customers come to Quotify because
they do not know who to use for a
particular job/service.
2. We build a detailed profile of the
customer through a profiling process.
3. We have a network of pre-qualified
providers who also have a profile.
4. Based on the profiles we matches the
consumer to no more than three (3)
service providers.
5. The matched providers are alerted
immediately and receive the full
customer profile (contact details, job
specific details, etc).
6. The service providers contact the
consumer directly and manage the
opportunity.

complete we match the customer
with three providers
• We send you the complete
customer profile (via email, fax or
SMS) so that you can initiate
contact
• We advise the customer of your
details and advise that you will be
calling (see across).
• We follow up with customer to
obtain feedback. We share this with
you and allow other consumers to
view the rating feedback (see
ratings in the image across).
