Pre Opening for the Coral Boutique Hotel Apartments, done fully setup Rooms,
Restaurants, Health Club. System Setup, Hiring Staff, Local Authority, Till the Soft
Opening.
For the Cost Control purpose, we have made contract (Through Tender) with the lower price
suppliers for yearly Basis. And made agreements through out the year he should supply the
items even though it’s more then the contract price in the market.
Low Season, most of the employees to go on Vacation unless it’s Emergency Reasons. And
been implemented to all the employees.
To Reduced the Local phone calls, Due Systems implemented, so in side the Hotel if you
call Du to Du Mobile there is no charges. And for outside its count with pulse.
To Apply Guest and Staff Visa through Hotel from H R Departments. Rather then PRO Go
outside and Pay for the Typing and Additional fee to Typist.
In absent of G M I will be taking care of the Property. New Setup for the sun system.
Willing to take any challenge and work at any circumstance. Even to setup new Property
from to Start till the soft opening.
