PROS ELITE GROUP launched the Advanced Service Management Operational Excellence and
Profitability Improvement training program in March of 2009. The concept of this training program
stemmed from the massive need that exists within the independent dealer community. Prior to the
development of our Advanced Management Training Program there was no training available that
taught service managers how to think like service executives. A service executive is not only an effective
service manager but they also understand what key areas must be focused on in order to drive profit,
