2. About Marina Bay Sands
 An integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore.
 Developed by Las Vegas Sands
 Billed as the world’s most expensive standalone casino
property at $8 billion including the cost of prime land.
 MBS includes The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall, a
museum, 2 large theatres, seven ‘celebrity chef’
restaurants, 2 floating Crystal Pavilions, an ice skating
rink and the world’s largest atrium casino
 Topped by a 340m-long SkyPark ( opened on 24 June
2010 ) and a 150m infinity swimming pool
 Officially opened on 23 June 2010

 In 1970s, land  Marina Bay Sands, Art &
reclamation carried out Science Museum and
at Marina Bay, forming Marina Barrage were
today’s Marina Centre & built.

was removed from the
map, while the
Singapore River's mouth
now flows into the bay
instead of directly into
the sea.

addicts.
