1. Objective
A quick installation guide on how to install ProdigyView using
PHP.

• A Database

2. Git the File
To begin, first we need files to install. The recommended way of
downloading the files is from the Git repository. If you do not
know how to use git, read the tutorial on ‘Git and Github Basics’.
4. Locate the downloaded files and with your favorite ftp
client upload them to a root directory on a web server.
5. The next step differs depending on the database you use, so
make sure you have your database ready. You will need the
following information:
Host
Database name
Database user
Database user password
Schema(Optional)
Port(Optional)

6. Find the PHP configuration file and open it with your
favorite PHP editor.
8. In a browser, proceed to the installation directory and run
the installer.
9. Make sure that all the database tables were installed
properly and you are done. You now have the ability to
use ProdigyView and all it’s features.
