What's MySpace?
 is a social networking website My space
became the most popular social networking
site in the United States in June 2006.
 MySpace collects your email address, first
and last name, postal code, gender, and date
of birth from you in order to register you as a
Member (“Registration Data”)

What is the Term of Use?
 The terms of the condition of an agreement
between you and any social working site.
 You must agree to all the terms.
 You must be aware that their policy can
change without notifying you.
 You have the right to change or deactivate
your account, but beware once your online
things are never private anymore.
Terms of service "ToS" are rules by
which one must agree to abide by in
order to use a service
The terms of Service bind you whether you are a member or a visitor.
 You or MySpace can end the membership anytime without notice. Some parts of
this agreement, for example liability for inappropriate content, copyright
violation or waiver of your rights will, however, remain binding even after
termination.
 MySpace may charge fees for its services and to change them from time to time.
You don’t get any refund on termination.
 MySpace expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict,
suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the MySpace Services if
MySpace determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement
or pose a threat to MySpace, its employees, business partners, Users and/or the
public. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect

U.S. Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Jay
Rockefeller pressed executives of Facebook Inc.
and MySpace Inc. for information about breaches
involving personal information and vowed to
write legislation protecting privacy.
Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, said he is
troubled by reports that users of the sites had
personal details transferred to third-parties
without their knowledge.

websites such as MySpace and Facebook have
made it easier for stalkers who target women
on college campuses.
