1. Project Title: LCA (TEJAS)-ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM (ECS) PIPES AND
ACOUSTIC SILENCERS.
 Preliminary studies about the feasible tool design for fabrication sequence.
 Design & Development of required tools like master models, moulds and cores for the
fabrication of ECS pipes & modeling using Catia V5.

2.  Preparing layup details, layup sequence sheets & route cards for fabrication, estimating the
mass of the components, preparing MS sheets, generating drilling templates, checking clash
analysis in assembly & preparing project document.
