Implementing the AISDN (ATM based Integrated Ship Board Data Network) project for Defense Sector
(Indian Navy) in different classes of War Ships in Kolkata (GRSE), Visakhapatnam (VDL) and Mumbai
(MDL), which is the backbone communication network, and also some other projects with Digital
Multiplexer, L2 switch and Router providing converged voice, data & video applications.

Engineer Projects
Implementing the ASCON (Army Static Switched Communication Network) project for Indian Army, is
the backbone communication network, spread all over India at more than 100 locations and providing
converged voice, data and video applications.
Installation, Maintenances, and Troubleshooting
Installation, O&M of ATM Switch (Nokia-Siemens) and HIPATH digital Exchanges (Siemens).
In-Band management through LAN, BIAS the router card containing 32 Virtual Routers, protocols like
Static, OSPF, RIP. A wide range of network for NMS with 9 zones & around 600 WAN links made and
monitored and troubleshooting done regular basis. CE circuits used for out of network Exchanges
using PVC. Frame Relay circuits are used for Inter Group & Intra Group Internet facilities, using ATM
switch XP-140 & XP-340 designed a network for data transfer using PVC for NMS.
Monitoring of Calls, Call Congestion handling, Signaling Monitoring, Maintain regular Calls Tracing
and Call Details Recording using REAL TIME DIAGNOSIS in HIPATH & Craft Terminal in ATM.
Handeling the Terminal Equipment, OTDR, Splicers for 150 Km OFC route.
Achievements
Successfully installed ATM Switch (XP 3140, 3400, 3120) and HIPATH using proper configuration.
AITP of ATM, HiPath. Warranty and AMC after installation.
