Mr. Paul Bulcke, CEO Nestlé and Mr. Max Jadot CEO BNP Paribas Fortis will give you valuable authentic advice on how they built there illustrious career. Talent Coaching is an exclusive top event, yearly organized by the MBA section of the Vlerick Alumni. Its purpose is to enable our alumni, who are making their careers, to learn from the best executives and entrepreneurs. Networking is key to the Talent Coaching concept. Therefore the event is designed to create networking opportunities, during which participants and executives get acquainted with one another. Talent Coaching emphasizes conversation among peers in a high standing atmosphere of equality. Introduction
Talent Coaching is an exclusive top event,
yearly organized in the prestige business
club De Warande by the MBA section of the
Vlerick Alumni. Its purpose is to enable our
MBA alumni, who are working on their
careers, to learn from the best executives
and entrepreneurs.
Networking is key to the Talent Coaching
concept. Therefore the event is designed to
create networking opportunities, during which
participants and executives get acquainted
with one another. Talent Coaching

Evening built up
During a presentation, the keynote speakers will share
with the audience how their talent and passion has
resulted in their great careers.
After their career summary, they will further explore the
topic in a lively debate, moderated by a HR
professional. This debate is then followed by a Q&A.
A glass of Champagne and a stylish reception as
aperitif will offer a refreshing moment and will flow over
in an exquisite 4­course dinner in the exclusive setting
of the historic part of De Warande.
During the dinner the keynote speakers together with 7
other selected CEO’s will swap places with every
course. This allows our alumni to get in closer contact
with 4 top CEO’s.
A Captain's Drink in the highly standing of the Upper
Bar will allow for a conclusive and enjoyable networking
session.
