Manager developsateamof data practitioners toenable andsupportaculture of data sharingand
repurposingincludingdatascientists, datastewards, dataqualityexperts,anddataarchitects,etc. Data
Manager ismakingsure that data projectsare for the sake of businessobjectives,notforthe sake of
data. Data Manager has a technical understandingof dataandits potential forwideruse.
Data Manager’s role ispart data strategistandadviser,partstewardforimprovingdataquality,part
evangelistfordatasharing,part technologist, parta teamleaderfordrivingDataexperttothe execute
the organization’svision, andpartdeveloperof new dataproducts.

Experience of 5yearsis a minimuminDataManagementfield(DAMA Frameworkaplus)
Experience of 10 yearsisrequiredinInformationTechnology.

Experience of 5yearsis required inProjectManagement.
Experience withaninternationalormultinational organisationisdesirable.
Experience inthe areasof global health(particularlyimmunisation) willbe an advantage.
