This document summarizes a 10-month sublet of a home in Berkeley, California beginning in September 2012. The home includes a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, family room, two smaller bedrooms, a backyard, and upstairs there is a large master bedroom and bathroom. 2. The Front
We are on a fairly quiet street, yet close to everything North Berkeley
has to offer.

3. Office Alcove
As you enter the house, you come to the office alcove. This is an
extremely functional work space that has served as an informal lawyer’s
office for 8+ years. (door to the ½ bath is in the back of photo)

Living room is of nice size, furniture is “lived in” but comfortable and
attractive.

The fireplace is fully functional and always a pleasure on cool Berkeley
nights!

Dining room is adjacent to living room and right off the kitchen. Very
convenient when entertaining!!!

Kitchen had a great long counter for informal dining and snacks!

13. Family Alcove
Small family alcove is directly off kitchen. We now have a large screen
TV instead of the small one.

Couch is quite cozy and the best spot for a bit of TV watching!

16. Hallway leading to back
From the Kitchen/Family alcove area, hallway leads to two smaller
bedrooms and the back room and garden.

Cozy small bedroom, wide closets, gets pretty good light during the day.

This is same size as other bedroom, but a lot more light as it looks onto
the backyard.

22. Back Room – Playroom, Extra Bedroom, Fun Place
This is the view looking from the hallway into the back room which is a
converted two car garage and opens onto backyard.

23. Backroom
This is looking towards the front of the house. That’s a very comfy bed!!!

24. Garden Area
Needs a bit of cleaning up but gets lots of sun and you can grow just
about anything. See the Plum tree in the back!

25. Backyard area
Great for parties, barbecues, etc. The back room of the house is directly
to the right.

The yard is totally enclosed. A great place for a dog to run around free!

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom. This room is huge, with very high
ceilings, tons of light and a great view of the neighborhood.

Master bathroom has 2 sinks, full tub and shower, and of course a toilet.
