I am one of the Managing Partners of Miracle Mile Advisors, LLC, a Registered
Investment Advisory firm based in Los Angeles. Peter DiCosimo served as one of the
interns we employed this year. He worked directly with me and two other Senior
Professionals at our firm and I can unequivocally say that his contribution to our firm
greatly exceeded our expectations.
When Peter arrived, the firm had just hired another Senior Professional who was in the
process of transitioning previous clients and prospects to our platform. In order to attract
these new clients to our platform, Peter was asked to perform a significant amount of
analysis on these prospects’ current portfolios and to help create investment portfolio
proposals using our proprietary firm analytics. With very little training, Peter was able to
navigate complex portfolio analytics and Dynamic Asset Allocation models to produce
smart, mistake-free presentations. Peter’s attention to detail and his ability to grasp
nuanced concepts distinguished him from previous interns we have employed.
Peter consistently asked intelligent questions and he demonstrated a desire and an ability
to learn. His commitment to excellence and his natural sense of pride (exemplified in his
deliverables) makes me convinced that Peter will excel in most professional
environments.
On a more personal note, I believe that Peter’s greatest attribute may be his optimistic
and pleasant personality. He always arrived to work on time and in good spirits. He was a
confident communicator in the office who worked as effortlessly with his co-interns as he
did with the Senior Professionals at our firm.
I believe Peter will be an asset to any firm that he joins, and I wish him every success in
his very bright future.
