1. Logging onto the Ultranet
1. Type in www.ultranet.vic.edu.au
2. Type in your username
3. Type in your password. Remember to use a capital letter if your password
has one.
4. Tick the box
5. Press the ‘Login’ button
Join the school Collaborative Space; MPPS – 2011 Senior Modules
Click on the Collaborative Learning space icon at the bottom of the page.
1. Click on Available Collaborative Learning Spaces
2. Type in mpps in the search box
3. Click on the Search button

4. Click on the Actions button to the MPPS – 2011 Senior Modules
5. Click on Request Co­Ownership
6. Type in your name
7. Click on the Save button
Now you need to wait to be approved once you are approved you are the owner of
the space and can approve students to join the space.
DO NOT PRESS DELETE next to the action button once you become an owner!
Pressing the DELETE button will make the space disappear forever!
Your students should just be requesting membership and not Co‐Ownership.

3. Approving students
Click on the Collaborative Learning space icon at the bottom of the page.
1. Click on Collaborative Learning Spaces I Own
2. Click on the Actions button to the space MPPS – 2011 Senior Modules
3. Click on View Membership Request
4. Click on the Reply button

4. 5. Type in a message in the box and then click on Save
Students should now be able to access this space!
