3. • Monitor and direct the quality assurance and quality control for work to be carried out as per project’s contract quality
requirement.
• Provide technical support including method statement for construction and maintenance of all facilities to ensure the
safety, reliability and integrity of all civil works and structures.
• Prepare appropriate inspection and testing procedures for inclusion in work method statement.
• Ensure agreed inspection and testing procedures, the project quality plan and project quality control plan are satisfactory
carried out.
• Prepare all work plans for repairing works (FRP Strengthening). This would require getting drawings from the system and
or customers, vendors, researching acceptable work methods and procedures and testing procedures.
• Conduct technical studies for civil structures which are dilapidated or have deteriorated in order to develop
recommendations for corrective action.
• Ensure deliveries to site are as per schedule of all drawings, procedures and manuals “Approved for Construction” and
Project Equipment in full co-operation with all discipline leaders, specialists, construction and company staff.
Site supervision role (III)
• Review all incoming inspections to be proper statement, including any testing documents making sure the information he
is receiving from the shop floor is signed off and correct.
• Interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for
all related inspection activities.
• Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
• Ensure all specified standards are available for reference and their requirements observed.
• Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification
requirements.

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients,
suppliers and subcontractors.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or
developer.
• Conduct site surveys, evaluate existing structures and prepare scope of work for submission to contract department to
invite contract bids, review all contract bids received for capital/operational for civil maintenance jobs and evaluate these
bids based on criterion points covering the scope of work.
• Completing Tenders and Quotations within the due time.
• Review all reports in order to be sure they are complete with all forms and attachments before submitting to the
commercial team for customer transmittal, also reviewing all folders to ensure document integrity before submitting to
finance.

The Chaiyaphum Wind Farm is a 90 MW wind power plant under development by the Chaiyaphum Wind Farm
Company Limited (CWF) located at Sub-Yai District Chaiyaphum Province. The project sponsors are The Electricity
Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO), Pro Ventum International GmbH and other affiliated companies. The CWF
project will be implemented under a 5-years automatically renewable power purchase agreement with EGAT as the Small
Power Producer (SPP). The wind farm is composed of 32 wind turbines (generated of 2.5 MW per WTG) and will be
supplied under one full EPC contract.
Job description:
• Organize and supervise team (Civil, WTG Erection and E&IC inspector) to provide site inspections on behalf of
client regarding QA/QC plan and method statement provided by EPC consortium.
• Organize regular site meetings and general coordination with the client and the EPC consortium to cover all key
organization, staffing, quality assurance, design & engineering and construction control issues.
• Review the construction method statements and other project control document including Project Quality Control
Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
• Oversee and ensure that the EPC consortium provides an appropriate project master schedule, structural design,
site execution plan, quality assurance & control and other relevant necessary mitigation measure.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd (MHI). The GUT power plant will have dual fuel specifications enabling both natural gas
and diesel oil combustion, and will consist mainly of four M701F4 gas turbines, two steam turbines and six generators.

1. Monitor EPC Construction Contract Work for:

These projects had employed a workforce of around 20,000 at the peak of construction activities, of which around
