Our Varied background puts us in a strong position to understand those we help and we

Numinous hails from a background not only from within the recruitment industry. The majority
of our experience comes from IT, within complex project across many customer sites.
It is this experience that gives Numinous an edge.
When we say we want to learn a customers environment, it comes from a genuine place and a
world we know. Our approach is to visit our customer's site and meet different people within
the business. This begins to shape a cultural profile we start to work from. We ask questions,
