I am an Engineer with over 27 years diverse Engineering experience. I am a proven Aircraft system
engineer and experienced Team Manager. My experience is built on a truly multi-function
background; confident as the lead or acting within a team. Broad experience gained both with Airc raft
operations and manufacture, in service Engineering and Change request (Configuration
management). I am currently supporting the Head of Broughton Engineering, implementing the
strategy for the Enablement and Continuous Development teams on the A350 Wing, whilst also
leading a team of Design Engineers implementing Design solutions through the product life cycle,
reducing the cost of non-Quality and removing rework/cycle time on multiple platforms.
