Talent Development
A talent management programme that
supported 130 of the top leaders who were
spending three days at a development
centre in London. GOLD helped the group to set
and achieve in excess of 100 business
improvements that generated hundreds of
thousands of pounds in additional revenue and
business savings.
A leadership coaching programme for 24
managers and consultants. This involved 9 one
to one sessions with three group workshops to
share best practice and business improvement
case studies.
All qualified with a CMI level 5 coaching in
practice qualification.
A senior leaders 360o
coaching programme
that was complimented by an all College
change management programme. This
involved two full day inset workshops and GOLD
was used to capture the action plan and
college improvements.
These delivered over twenty five improvements
and efficiencies across the school.
A three way partnership with Rank, two
Universities and Odissy. We facilitated the
learning transfer process back to the Casinos
and GOLD helped the managers to record and
share improvements that generated more than
£100,000 to the bottom line. In addition over
59 intangible improvements were generated
including better time management, increased
delegation and improved inter departmental
working.
