(Detailed Weekly Summary)
On 26/02/13 I and Megan RobinsonwenttoMegan’shouse to
start filming. We spentthe afternoonfilmingavarietyof different
shots.The cameraman wasMegan whenshe wasn’tinthe shot
and I wasthe director,butwhenshe wasinthe shotwe swapped
roles. One of the main people inthe musicvideodroppedoutlast
minute sowe had to findsomeone touse ittookus about30/40
minutestofindsomeone else tobe init.
On 27/02/13 I and Megan RobinsonwenttoSalfordQuays.We
filmedmajorityof ourmusicvideoonthisday,we spendthe whole
day filming.Meganwasthe cameramanandI was the director
duringthe morning/mid-day.Thenwe swappedrolesaroundhalf
waythrough the day.
On 28/02/13 me and Megan Robinsonspentthe morningfilmingin
a classroomat Eccles SixthForm,Iwas the cameramanand I shot
thempullingfacesandMeganRobinsonshotthe ‘5 hoursearlier’
on the whiteboard.Once we have finishedfilminginthe classroom
we wentback to SalfordQuayswithMegan’sdadand Jess.We
spenta fewhoursfilmingthe lastsceneswe hadtodo,I was the
cameramanand Megan wasthe director.
We are planningtouploadall the footage nextweek
and delete the footage whichwe didn’tneed.The
footage whichwasblurryetc… We’re alsogoingto
rename all the footage sowe knowwhichiswhichwhen
we’re editingitall,this will make iteasierforus.If we
do thisintime we’re planningtostarteditingthe
footage.

On 05/03/13 Megan Robinsonuploadedthe footage toher
computerandsavedthemto the ‘Q’ and ‘E’drive,andthenwe
watchedall the footage we hadand renamedthemtomake it
easierwhenwe were editing. We alsorenamedall the imagesand
put themintheirownfolder.Once we hadrenamedthemwe
savedthe foldertoour ‘E’ drive.
On 08/03/13 We setup a newfile onAdobe Premiere protoedit
We are planningtostart editingthe footage.We’re
goingto crop parts out where we don’tneedit.We
have some footage whichistoodark so we’re either
goingto try edititto make it a bitlightertogo withour
otherfootage or justreshootitwhichwill mostlikelybe
easier.

12/03/13 We printedoff ascript and startededitingthe footage.
Majorityof itneededtobe cut at certainpoints.Once the footage
was addedwe have tolock the videoanddelete the soundoff the
short footages.
15/03/13 We bothcarriedon editingthe footage andlookedat
whichparts couldgetreshotbecause we videoeditwhenitwas
too dark.We wrote downwhichpartswe wantto reshootand
organisedwhatdaywe were goingto reshoot.
Finishoff outrougheditof the musicvideo.Reshoot
some sceneswhichare toodark and sceneswhichwe
thinkmaylookbetterif we useddifferentcameraangles
etc… Uploadall the footage andimagestakenwhile
shootingandrename themsoit’seasiertounderstand
themwheneditingthe musicvideo. Usingthe new
footage finishoff the rougheditbychangingthe dark
bitswiththe actual newfootage we are goingto use.

19/03/13 We carriedon editingthe videointhe morningtogetit
finished.Inthe afternoonwe wentbacktoSalfordQuaysand
reshotthe prom scene andsome otherscenes.MeganRobinson
was the directorandPaige Ward was the camera man.We also
tookimagesof the sceneswe were videoing.
21/03/13 We reshotsome othersceneswhichwe neededto, when
the white boardsays‘5 hoursearlier’andpart of the scene bit.We
alsotook imageswhenwe were shootingthispart.Iwas the
directorand MeganRobinson wasthe Cameraman.
22/03/13 Addedall of the footage whichwe have takenthe past
twodays and renamedthemsoit’seasiertounderstandwhen
editingthemintoourmusicvideo.Carryingoneditingthe music
videountil it’sfinished.

of gapsfor the videofootage whichwe needtoreshootandmake
it clearwhat’sgoingwhere bywritingitdown.
Re filmingcertainfootageforexample whenMeganand
Tara are sneakingout,the ‘5 hoursearlier’onthe
whiteboardandthe window.Thenwe’regoingtoput
the footage onthe computerandreplace the old
footage withthe newfootage. ThenI’mgoingtorender
the editout andtry differentcoloursandeditsonitfor

evaluationonit.

22/04/13 Me and Megan wentback to herhouse andfilmed
certainsceneswhichwe didn’tthinkwasinthe bestquality.The
sceneswhichwe refilmedwerethe girlsgettingreadyforprom,
themsneakingoutof the house,runningtotheirboyfriendsand
some of the buildingsdownthe streetwhichthey’re runningpast
to getto prom.
23/04/13 I’m goingto uploadall of the newfootage andrename
themso we knowwhichiswhichwhenputtingthemintoour
musicvideo.Once I’ve done thatinthe morningI am going to put
themintomy final musicvideoeditandonce I thinkitlooksrightI
am goingto renderitout and save it.
