Welcome Reception at the Picasso Museum
Thursday, September 20th at 20:30h
c/ de Montcada, 19 - 08003 Barcelona
We have the exceptional opportunity of visiting the Picasso Museum thanks to the Welceome Reception that the Barcelona City Councill offers to the all SMIT 2012 attendees.
The Picasso Museum in Barcelona is a key reference for understanding the formative
years of Pablo Ruiz Picasso. The genius of the young artist is revealed through the more
than 3,800 works that make up the permanent collection. Furthermore, the Picasso
Museum, opened in 1963, also reveals his deep relationship with Barcelona: an intimate,
solid relationship that was shaped in his adolescence and youth, and continued until his
death.
Don’t miss this opportunity!
