Bosna i Hercegovina - stanje •Usvojena strategija razvoja za period 2004.- 2010.godina •5 osnovnih oblasti: legislativa, e-obrazovanje, e-vlada, ICT infrastruktura i ICT industrija •Trenutno jedini progres u e-vlada. •Osigurano finansiranje od strane FRJU u iznosu 2.4m eura, te 4.5m eura od strane EU i UNDP za projekte u 2008.-2010.god.
