EXPERIENCE
2005 – Currently CACHE, INC
Store Manager. Successfully managed the Lincoln Rd location for 4 years, and the Merrick Park
location for 2 years. Started as an Assistant manager and grew within the company thanks to
the successes built in Bayside (1 year), Dadeland (2 years), and The Falls (1 year). Took Merrick
Park team and led them from a Core store status to a Focus Store. Likewise, during company’s
difficult times the Lincoln Rd team in 2014 it was the only store within district that generated
positive comp results for the year. Trained and recruited store managers for the District and
run the District while DM was on vacation. Overlooked the Islands market and motivated teams
to achieve positive results. Prepared analytical reports for the regional office based on sell
through and customer reaction.
2004 - 2005 THE LIMITED, Miami International Mall
Assistant Manager. Lead a team of 15 people to achieve maximum productivity in all areas.
Managed to have a successful credit promotion, sales growth, UPT’s and ADS’s during my
segments. Contributed to move the store to a temporary location during the renovation
process. Motivated team to continue momentum and helped them to adjust to changes
without affecting sales and productivity.
2003 COACH, Dadeland Mall
Assistant Manager. Ran and managed the business to a newly renovated and expanded store.
Built a positive, professional, and productive environment. Supervised and contributed to the
clienteling process. Contributed to a successful UPT built among team members.
2001 - 2003 THE LIMITED, Dadeland Mall
Cashier Supervisor. Supervised a team of 5 cashiers and took them to an efficient credit
promotion. Built a culture of adding items in the cash registers. Contributed to win a cruise to
the Bahamas for the team thanks to the sales on Black Friday. Open and closed 12 registers.
1999 – 2001 BANANA REPUBLIC, Dadeland Mall
Cashier Supervisor. Managed the cash register area in order to provide a good and efficient
customer service. Won several contests in credit cards processing and sales.
