 Anyone has same opportunity to complete his/her study
 UT provides some learning support : printed n non printed material, face
to face tutorial, online tutorial, OER, etc.

Conclusion and Suggestion  students made improvement in their understanding of “Integrated Learning” materials supporting by OER that is video streaming.  lack of information about many learning support provided by Indonesian Open University.  Indonesian Open University can provides OER more variously that can support its’ students to study and give more information to the students.
