Pre-Show: Confirmation Shipping to the Event- Update what is being sent- all parties updated Attach labels to each piece and print your housebill for a receipt Printed Confirmations for all show services ordered in advance kept in a Travel Binder Hotels and Travel for the Team Attending the Event

Post-Show: Logistics Pack your display and all items- Bring a packing kit- tape, marker, pre printed labels Label & number each piece while packing Confirm pieces match what is written on the Material Handling Agreement ( form obtained from the Service Contractor) Complete the Material Handling Agreement and turn into the Service desk -  Keep a copy!

Participate in the social conversation using the event hashtag – before during and after the show * Hashtags are used to connect over twitter anyone participating in an event to share content, promote their booth, share insights from sessions, and more. * Add value to the event conversation – it’s not about making a sale – share content that relates to the event, whether it’s your own or someone else’s.
  14. Prepare for the event by viewing top articles being shared with the event hashtag Comment on blog posts, share other people’s content with your networks. And also study the conference agenda / sessions to understand the topics that attendees are interested in – consider sharing content around these topics
  15. Connect with Influencers * Increase your twitter reach by connecting with industry influencers
  16. Connecting w/ influencers who are relevant
  17. Use related hashtags to get more visibility for your tweets
  18. Tweet during the show * More than just about the giveaway at your booth – share photos from around the show floor, give shout outs to people you meet and other vendors
  19. Leverage the topics being discussed with event hashtags * Plan your own content related to trending topics being discussed with trade show social activity
  20.
