1. Cancellation policy - Nofrills Excursions

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 16 hours in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 16-4 hour in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 50%
cancellation fee.
If you cancel 4 hours before the trips starts or once the trip has started or after the trip has started, you will be
charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Exclusion from Participation
Nofrills Excursions has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements,
or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the
price paid cannot be refunded.
Program Changes
Nofrills Excursions further reserves the right to make minor program changes, if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or
unpreventable circumstances.
Bad weather
Unless the weather directly effects the excursion you have booked, all excursions will operate as scheduled. In the case where Nofrills
Excursions cancels an excursion on the day, the money will be given back.
Cancellation Policy
Abbrechen einer Buchung mit Nofrills Ausflüge können in Stornokosten als beschrieben angewendet führen
Wenn Sie mindestens 16 Stunden im Voraus stornieren der planmäßigen Abfahrt oder Beginn Zeit gibt es keine Stornogebühr.
Wenn Sie zwischen 12-4 Stunde vor dem geplanten Abflug oder Beginn der Zeit werden Sie eine Stornogebühr von 50% verrechnet.
Wenn Sie einmal die Reise begonnen hat oder nach der Reise hat begonnen stornieren, erhalten Sie einen 100% Stornogebühr berechnet.
Exclusion from Participation
Nofrills Ausflüge hat das Recht, den Zutritt zu verweigern oder auszuschließen Sie aus einer Tätigkeit, wenn Sie nicht den
Voraussetzungen, oder wenn Ihre Teilnahme bringt Sie oder andere in Gefahr, oder sonst stört die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der
Tätigkeit. In diesen Fällen bezahlt der Preis können nicht erstattet werden.

Nofrills Ausflüge behält sich weiterhin das Recht vor, kleinere Programm Änderungen vornehmen, wenn dies notwendig erscheint
durch unvorhersehbare oder unabwendbare Umstände.
Bad weather
Sofern das Wetter direkt bewirkt den Ausflug Sie gebucht haben, werden alle Ausflüge arbeiten als geplant. In dem Fall, wo Nofrills
Ausflüge bricht eine Exkursion am Tag, wird das Geld zurück gegeben werden.
Politica de cancelaciones
Cancelar una reserva con Nofrills Excursions puede conllevar gastos de cancelación:
Si cancela al menos 16 horas antes de la hora prevista de inicio de la excursión, no hay gastos de cancelación.
Si cancela entre 16 horas-4 horas antes de la hora prevista de inicio de la actividad, hay gastos de cancelación del 50%.
Si cancela una vez que se ha iniciado la excursión o entre 4 horas antes del inicio y la hora de inicio , los gastos de
cancelación son del 100%.
Política de exclusiones a bordo
Nofrills Excursions tiene la potestad y derecho de rechazar o excluir a clientes de la excursión, en caso de poner en riesgo a otros,
generar riesgos para otros pasajeros, ir borrachos o interferir con el buen funcionamiento de la excursión. En estos caso, el precio
pagado no es reembolsable.
Cambios en el programa
Nofrills Excursions se reserva el derecho de realizar pequeños cambios en el programa, en caso de circunstancias ajenas.
Mal tiempo
Únicamente en caso de que el tiempo no permita que se desarrolle la excursión, la excursión será cancelada. En ese caso, se devuelve el
100% del dinero.
