PeopleSoft Product is now owned by Oracle Corp and I am working in Oracle GSC(Global Support Center) aka Oracle Global
Customer Support.
I have Expertise in Reporting Tools module under PeopleTools product line. My day to day activities include –
• Helping customers to install and configure PeopleTools components
• Make them understand how PeopleSoft components interact with each other
• Providing Pro-Active Support for newly added functionalities in newer PeopleTools versions
• Resolving Customer’s issues on their specific environments.
• Clearing their doubts on Configuration/Setups required for system to work in delivered way.

Role Description as PeopleSoft Administrator
• Providing PeopleSoft Admin Support for the Ascension Health Project.

• Providing Production Support.
• Used Phire for Migrations, designed workflow, troubleshooting issues etc.
• Troubleshooting issues related to application servers, Process Schedulers, Web Servers.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Maintenance Packs, Bundles, and Tax Updates.
