in living systems
Life force is a basic and fundamental energy coming
from the Source of All Creation.

It is indestructible and it supports
ALL THAT IS in Its expressed form.

It has exceptional attributes:
Its quality is imperceptible and at the same time
it is intelligent and creates the structures
of an expressed reality within the Creation

1. Planetary Ordinance
Governing structure of beings following
higher orders for reasons of:

• Securing an integrity of living planetary conditions

• Respecting the integrity & boundaries of
living beings for the sake of their
developmental path and well-being

• Fulfillment of a planetary purpose


2. Solar and Star Ordinances
1. Fulfillment of their mission
• Development of local galactic community
• Defense-outpost: control of stargates & galactic highway
• As in Earth’s Case: learning of guardianship under
difficult conditions because of presence of both, Family of
Light & Dark on Earth
• Development of planetary societies, which are seeded
according THEMES they want to learn & to master
(for instance: ego development, guardianship,
ability to create, etc.)

to the function:
• Learning & teaching

• Recreation
• Political or galactic function

Function of interaction for star nations in a particular
star system is determined according to the function
& direction such particular star system has.

Galactic humans are to stars and galaxies as
bacteria are to the human body


3. Galactic Ordinance
a. Milky Way galactic society – one of the biggest in the
whole Universe: It is the oldest society because this
Universe has been seeded through the Lyra star system
from the 10th dimension. Milky Way is almost as old as
the Universe.
b. The importance of galactic society is great because the
original seeders are still present. They regulate the
direction & development of this Universe with impulses
projected through this galaxy to the Universe.
c. The Milky Way is one of multiple chosen governing places
in this Universe for Universal governance and regulation.
The Universe is divided to many multi-dimensional
cube-like sectors with hierarchical systems.

d. In the galactic society, there are both the Family of Light
and Dark. They learn from each other mirroring a greater
scale division within 11 dimensions of our 15
dimensional Universe.

e. Wars have been frequent, but under control by strict
galactic and universal ordinances.


Rights o the galactic citizen:
1. freedom; 2. clothing; 3. accommodation; 4.
transportation; 5. learning; 6. food; 7. connection to Spirit,
personal growth and spiritual self-integration; 8. to choose
mate & to have children; 9. help and protection; 10.
protection of environment; 11. undisturbed integrity of
physical body and energy field; 12. guidance and
guardians.

Duties o the galactic citizen from a
multi-dimensional perspective:
1. to help; 2. to protect; 3. to fulfill one’s life mission;
4. to care for children, family, society and the environment
including the planetary energy system

The Guardian of the Milky Way
is sending Greetings to those
who are actively participating
in planetary awakening.


4. Milky Way – Andromeda Council,
a coordinating administrative body providing:

a. Security
b. Education: universal mechanics, technology,
cultural exchange, about life systems &
spreading of life across galaxies
c. Trade
d. Development of seeded societies
e. Coordination between galactic and Universal
societies – various universal sectors


5. The Universal Level

Hierarchies are organized within
multi-dimensional sectors
dividing the sphere of our Universe.

These sectors are interconnected
and their hierarchies operate
under Universal and Cosmic Orders.


6. Cosmic Levels
The ordinances are very complex
and they are connected to
the Inner Worlds of Cosmos
and the Central Sun.

a. ego not individuated - aligned with Soul and Spirit

• There is a need for a healing of the Family of Dark

• Creating adaptability of consciousness of reincarnated
star nations to one other on Earth because they are
able to be in close proximity to each other
• An experience of a separation within an individual
under extreme, but controlled conditions
• Learning to choose unity over separation

• Working with an emotional body
• Learning from an exposure to influences of other cultures
• Learning to create under difficult circumstances
• Learning of restoration of a planetary system
• Building of an example of a unifying process
of culturally diverse society for application on
Galactic & Universal scale


E. Galactic society on its rise to God
• Diversification within galactic society has created conflicts
and slow transition to light. Diversification is based on
orientation either towards Light-Unity or Dark-Separation

• There is a need for restoration of ordinance to prevent
hostile takeover of innocent civilizations and their
enslavement

• There is need for an unified effort to keep restored
ordinance with a goal to bring all to path of spiritual
education and ascension


• There is a need to cooperate fully with Andromeda galaxy
because of their evolution and teachings – there are older
civilizations there

• There is a plan and a need for an expansion of the galactic
experience and teachings across the Universe

• There is a need to secure an alignment with higher
Universal and Cosmic Orders
